Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or to any value. They can be purchased at Serenity or by telephone. Vouchers are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable. They must be presented at time of treatment. We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for products and vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment may be incurred. Please note we have a 24 hour answering machine.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to other clients, please switch mobile phones to silent mode when entering the salon.

Medical Conditions

If you are taking medication, are under medical supervision or you are pregnant or breast feeding, it is the client’s responsibility to inform their therapist prior to treatment as certain medical conditions may prevent you from having some of the treatments.

Prices

We reserve the right to increase our prices and to discontinue treatments without prior notice
