Our commitment

We will provide you with a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by our
local authority and the Government.

Our salon

*We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services we offer.
*Our reception and treatment areas adhere to social distancing guidelines. There is signage throughout the salon.
*All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned and disinfected regularly and between each appointment.
*All equipment will be cleaned between every appointment. This includes all machines, instruments, brushes and bowls.
*Disposable items will be used where possible.

Our team

*We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner. All staff have completed the Barbicide Covid-19 certification course.
*Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold the best practice, including hygiene and safety.
*We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas.
*Staff have been briefed to uphold safe standards while dealing with reception duties.

Our treatments

*Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and visors or other PPE during treatments where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment.
*PPE will either be replaced or disinfected between every appointment.

Client arrival and reception

*We will greet you warmly but without any personal contact.
*We will stagger client arrival times to minimise close contact.
*Upon  arrival please wait outside until your appointment time. The door will be locked so we can control the number of clients in the salon at any one time.
*We will disinfect the reception area regularly.
*The card machine will be wiped after every use.
*All magazines have been removed

We ask you, our clients

*Please arrive at the agreed appointment time.
*Upon arrival clients are requested to wash their hands. Paper towel dispensers have been fitted to limit contact.
*Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the salon.
*Please wear a face mask while visiting the salon. If you do not have one we can supply a mask at a cost of £1 which will be added to your final bill. We cannot treat clients who aren’t wearing a mask.
*Apologies but drinks will not be offered at this time, please feel free to bring your own.
*Come alone to your appointment and with minimal belongings.
*Please avoid unnecessary contact with personal items (ie mobile phones) during your appointment.
*We politely ask all clients to leave immediately after their treatment, apart from those needing to let their nails dry.
*Please contact us to re-arrange your appointment if you, or anyone in your household are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, are self isolating or you are feeling unwell.
